Salary: $65,000 to $75,000
Location: Tampa, Headquarters (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to help us build exceptional teams across our restaurants and support center. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and ensuring we attract talent that aligns with our culture and standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-volume recruiting, and knows that the right hire directly impacts the guest experience. (It is an added plus that you have hospitality experience!)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Post roles, source candidates, and build proactive talent pipelines
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Manage offers, background checks, and pre-boarding
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, retention, and quality of hire
Employer Branding & Process Improvement
- Strengthen employer brand through community outreach and referral programs
- Support job fairs, hiring events, and new store openings
- Continuously improve recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant or multi-unit experience preferred)
- Experience recruiting hourly and salaried roles
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
