Product Support Specialist

Natuvion is a digital moving company. Our team does not transport tables, filing cabinets or chairs. Natuvion moves business-critical data and processes from one technology platform to another. Typical Natuvion "relocation services" include data migration, data transformation, data quality, data integration, data privacy, data security and data governance.

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems

• ​Providing technical support and training to users of internal SAP tools

• ​Collaborating with internal departments and supporting them in resolving common issues and requests

• ​Collaborating with the development team in implementing new features and enhancing existing tools

• ​Documenting procedures and improving internal processes

• ​Monitoring and resolving performance and availability issues of internal applications
