Business Management Officer plays a key role in supporting strategic planning, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency across business units.   • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and annual operating plans.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of business unit KPIs, business objectives, budgets, and forecasts using and extracting data from SAP.
  • Collaborate with business heads to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide analytical support by producing dashboards, reports, and insights on financial and operational metrics.
  • Evaluate business performance against targets and highlight variances with recommendations.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives or transformation projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of business review materials and compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as liaison between different departments (e.g., Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR).
  • Support internal communications and updates for executive reporting.
