Job Overview

  • - Drafting contracts and agreements, preparing and submitting reports, invoices, acts of rendered services, and other related documents;
  • Participating in the preparation and approval of the monthly and annual budget of the School, within his/her competence;
  • Generating reports on the execution of the School's budget for the areas within his/her competence;
  • Assisting in resolving operational issues of the School;
  • Monitoring compliance with the University's internal regulations on matters within his/her competence;
  • Providing consulting and methodological assistance to the School's staff on matters within his/her competence;
  • Assisting in the implementation of the School's marketing strategy;
  • Planning and organizing School events;
  • Participating in the processes of identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks within the supervised area;
  • Handling correspondence related to his/her functional duties;
  • Assisting in the implementation of the operational plan of the School and the University within his/her functional duties;
  • Timely and quality execution of other assignments given by the Dean of the School and the Supervisor, as well as the University administration, within his/her job responsibilities and authority;
  • Complying with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University's internal documents;
  • Conscientiously performing official duties;
  • Strictly observing labor and performance discipline;
  • Complying with the provisions of the University's internal documents that are of mandatory nature;
  • Being responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, and information of restricted access in accordance with the law, the Charter, and the internal documents of the Employer;
  • Upon dismissal or transfer to another position, transferring all available documentation and information, both in paper and electronic form, to the person designated by the Administrative Director, and handing over the property under his/her accountability to the materially responsible persons of the University.
