Job Overview
- Developing contracts and agreements with clinics, preparing and submitting reports, invoices, acts of services rendered and other related documents;
- interaction with doctors and other medical staff;
- interaction with teachers to develop a rotation schedule for School students for the following academic year.
- participating in the preparation and approval of the School's monthly and annual budget within his/her competence;
- preparing reports on the execution of the School's budget for the parts within his/her competence;
- Assisting in resolving issues related to the School's operational activities;
- Monitoring compliance with the University's internal regulatory documents on issues within his/her competence;
- Providing consulting and methodological assistance to School employees and students on issues within his/her competence;
- planning and organizing School events;
- participating in the processes of identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks within the supervised area;
- corresponding within the scope of their functional responsibilities;
- assisting in the implementation of the School and University's operational plan within the scope of their functional responsibilities;
- timely and high-quality performance of the duties and functions assigned to them by their employment contract and this job description, as well as the instructions of the Dean of the School, the Administrative Director, and the University management;
