Production Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Production Operations Specialist to join the Technology team in Salt Lake City, Utah, supporting Telemundo Utah. As a Production Operations Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and executing the operation of the automated production control system (APC) for live and taped television broadcasts. Job Responsibilities:

• Operate control room systems and automation, using templates to streamline technical directing, audio mixing, robotics, live/remote segment cut-ins, video playback, graphics insertion, and switching.
• Edit stories and clips to ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with production standards.
• Give direction and timing to talent and other technicians during broadcasts and studio productions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
• Performs other control room and studio related duties as assigned.
• Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
