Job Overview

  • Support the successful execution of large-scale pre-taped productions while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities under tight weekly deadlines.
  • Manage crews, vendors, talent, facilities, equipment, transportation, catering, and other production logistics.
  • Assist with crew onboarding, timecards, invoices, expense tracking, petty cash reconciliation, and other production functions.
  • Coordinate the completion and filing of certificates of insurance (COIs), location agreements, vendor agreements, and permits as required.
  • Coordinate weekly pickups and returns of production rentals, equipment, and scenery.
  • Serve as a central point of communication for production teams, ensuring timely distribution of call sheets, schedules, production updates, and other essential information.
  • Anticipate logistical challenges, communicate status changes, and proactively resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate production wrap activities, including equipment returns, vendor closeout, purchase order reconciliation, production documentation, and final expense reporting.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments, production partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion while handling confidential production information.
  • Remain actively engaged during production dark weeks, providing administrative support including processing receipts, invoices, and other departmental tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
