IT Integration Lead - Full time Or Initial 6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead / SME to oversee all integration activities for a large Sales Commission Implementation program. Acting as the primary technical liaison, you will ensure seamless connectivity between the Sales Commission platform and core enterprise systems, including CRM, Billing/ERP, HR, Finance, and Data Warehouse environments.

In this role, you’ll lead end‑to‑end integration design, define data flows and interface specifications, and provide technical direction through build, SIT, and UAT. You will work closely with business teams and vendors to refine requirements, review solution designs, and assess feasibility, risks, and impacts. A strong focus on data quality, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes is essential.

You will also support test planning, defect management, and operational readiness, ensuring integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills, along with the ability to guide infrastructure, security, and operations teams through deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
