Java EE System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Java EE System Administrator with strong skills in WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, and Linux Middleware Administration to support critical production and non‑production environments across both operational and project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, configure, and manage J2EE application servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat, as well as SUSE and Red Hat Linux operating systems.
• Support the release, deployment, and lifecycle management of Java EE applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Ensure systems meet agreed service levels, maintain data integrity, and follow best‑practice operational standards.
• Monitor, review, and optimise system performance to maintain stability and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure correct application of operational procedures.
• Communicate clearly with specialists, users, and managers, providing accurate and timely information.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the overall health and performance of the environment.
