We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a major ServiceNow consolidation and unification program within an IT environment.
This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption of new ways of working across a complex technology transformation program.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change activities including strategy, planning, delivery and adoption
- Develop and execute change management plans, readiness activities and transition approaches
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, identify change risks and develop mitigation plans
- Drive engagement across business, technology and operational teams
- Develop communication, training and adoption strategies to support successful implementation
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
- Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and business stakeholders
- Support operational readiness and embed new processes, tools and ways of working
- Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership
