Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Service Designer to help shape the future of service delivery within a large-scale IT transformation. This is an opportunity to design meaningful, human-centred experiences that simplify complexity and create real impact for customers and employees. You’ll bring a strong, user-first mindset to reimagine end-to-end service journeys, translating complex systems, platforms, and processes into intuitive and seamless experiences, with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and outcomes.

With a strong foundation in Figma, you’ll create clear, compelling journey maps and service artefacts that bring stakeholders on the journey and drive alignment across teams. Operating in a complex enterprise environment, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, digital, and operations to influence outcomes and embed better ways of working. You’ll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems into clear frameworks, and designing services that connect frontstage experiences with backend processes in a scalable, future-ready way. Experience within telecommunications or similarly complex, high-volume service environments will be highly regarded, particularly where you’ve worked across large-scale transformation or modernisation initiatives.
