Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Business Analysts to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will partner with clients to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, driving successful project outcomes through seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include business process modelling, gathering and documenting current and future requirements to provide expert advice and guidance as well as designing and implementing business solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop, manage, and lead relationships, and collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs, epics, features, and tasks, ensuring they align with business priorities and delivery objectives.

With a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, you'll be able to provide valuable insights and make a positive impact on our clients’ teams. Most of all, you'll have strong consulting skills, curiosity and a desire to add value.
