Role Overview
- Work as part of a collaborative team resolving application support issues for NEC Housing and related components.
- Ensure issues are handled efficiently using ITIL best practice service processes.
- Normal hours are 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, except for one week in every 10 when you’ll cover Canadian hours (14:00–22:00).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, application support, and usage guidance to NEC customers.
- Investigate and resolve application issues, working toward SLA targets.
- Translate customer requirements into workarounds and fixes.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation and procedures.
- Deliver proactive support services (ITIL Problem Management).
- Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.
