Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain the company’s internal and external knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Collaborate with product, support, and training teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content creation.
- Write, edit, and format clear and user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and help articles.
- Implement and follow content governance standards, including style guides and taxonomy structures.
- Analyze user feedback and knowledge base metrics to continuously improve content quality and accessibility.
- Ensure alignment between the knowledge base and other tools
- Train team members on knowledge base best practices and content management tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience with content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
- Strong attention to detail, structure, and consistency in content organization.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools to optimize content discoverability.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of UX writing and information architecture principles.
