Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to all visitors in a professional and friendly manner and maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff and management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments and office events.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, facilities and utilities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers and building management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe and fully functional.
- Help new employees settle in by preparing workstations and providing office orientation.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with basic admin tasks when needed.
- Assist with organizing team-building activities, trainings, and office events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Run office errands when required.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or front desk roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
