Liaison Officer
Job Overview
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Liaison Officer to support the administrative and operational needs of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a mix of office maintenance, document handling, government and supplier coordination, and other errands or tasks necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Administration:
- Ensure that the office is opened at the start of the workday and securely locked at the end of the day from Mondays to Fridays.
- Check that all appliances are properly plugged or unplugged as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies.
- Contact suppliers to inquire about and purchase necessary items.
- Accept and inspect office-related deliveries.
- Report any issues related to equipment, appliances, or fixtures within the office.
- Coordinate with building administration for any office-related concerns.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in organizing and filing HR and company documents.
- Liaise with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, City Hall, etc., for submission and collection of documents.
- Visit company providers (banks, law firms, insurance, and other service partners) for transactions, payments, or other administrative tasks.
- Support office events and employee engagement activities.
Other Duties:
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed by the management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Liaison Officer or Messenger.
- High school graduate or higher educational attainment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, especially email and Microsoft Word.
- Has Motorcycle and valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Must be diligent, trustworthy, and proactive.
- Must possess good moral character and maintain professionalism at all times.
