Junior Payment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the performance of payment systems.
• Provide support for information dashboards concerning payment methods for various geolocations (deposits, payments).
• Assist in analyzing logs to troubleshoot payment issues.
• Participate in the automation of processes to enhance efficiency.
• Help enable or disable geo-methods when issues arise.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ Line Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Basic understanding of how payment systems operate.
• Previous experience in the industry
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
