NeoWork is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day service delivery, team management, and process optimization for a fast-growing digital organization. This teammate will oversee core operational workflows, support client relationships, and guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent performance across email marketing and lead generation services.
In this role, you will manage junior implementers and specialists, refine internal processes, and maintain high standards of execution. You will also serve as the main operational partner to the founder, supporting strategic decision-making and helping scale the business with a strong focus on systems, communication, and accountability.
We are looking for someone with experience in digital marketing or lead generation operations, who is detail-oriented, comfortable leading remote teams, and confident managing client expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills and enjoys building organized, repeatable workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and delivery for email marketing and lead generation services.
- Manage and coach junior implementers and specialists, including copywriters, inbox managers, and appointment setters.
- Refine and document SOPs using tools such as ClickUp and Airtable.
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact, providing updates, reporting, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify operational improvements and support business scalability.
- Work closely with the founder to align strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in an operations or account management role within a digital marketing or lead generation agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, and Notion.
- Experience building and managing remote teams.
- Background in email marketing, cold outreach, and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in Colombia or Latin America.
- Familiarity with the construction or contracting industry.
- Based in Medellin, Colombia, reporting directly to the founder.
