Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Service Manager, in Netcompany?
As a Service Manager, you will be a key member of highly skilled agile teams that support mission-critical applications for EU institutions. You will define the final service(s) by managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business need.
As a Service Manager you will:
- Negotiate Service Level Agreements and ensure that these are met
- Ensure that all IT Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets
- Monitor and report on service levels for performance and activity
- Provide direction to the service team members
- Manage the customers up to Service Management level
- Coordinate the team to ensure that they meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Propose/arrange training for team members
- Prioritize workload/timelines for the team, and monitor the budget
- Perform evaluation, auditing and quality checking
