As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will:
- Provide first and second line Digital Workplace support to end users via phone, ticketing portal, chat and other channels, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents and requests, ensuring correct prioritisation, escalation and follow-up, and driving permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Manage workplace services: workstation setup and administration, software installation, patching and rollout, MDM daily operations and support for printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Be able to coach and mentor other Service Desk staff, translating complex technical topics into clear, practical guidance and promoting best practices.
- Coordinate activities within the service desk skill area, acting as team coordinator when required.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base procedures and documentation to continuously improve service efficiency and user experience.
