Multimedia Producer

Are you ready to discover the role of a Multimedia Producer in Netcompany?

As a Multimedia Producer, you will:

• Edit, cut, and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), ensuring strong continuity, pacing, and timing.
• Enhance final videos by mixing audio, color correcting, adjusting sound/image quality, and adding motion graphics, effects, titles, and subtitles.
• Lead and execute both in-person and remote video filming sessions, alongside professional photography.
• Operate and maintain a wide range of studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting rigs, mixing consoles, and video switchers.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan, set up, and execute studio shoots, live broadcasts, and real-time event streaming.
• Organize, manage, and back up raw footage, B-roll, and project assets to ensure secure storage and easy retrieval.
• Handle the transcoding, compression, and resizing of media files to optimize video quality across various platforms.
• Export and deliver final media products in all required formats and technical specifications.
