Our client, an international financial institution, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support programme management activities within large-scale transformation or ERP programmes. The consultant will drive governance, coordination, and reporting across multiple streams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will,
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve programme governance structures, including SteerCos, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, milestone plans, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure effective coordination and alignment between programme streams, identifying interdependencies and resolving conflicts.
- Prepare high-quality programme reports and senior management materials, summarizing progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and track programme risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Act as a central point of coordination between business, IT, and vendor stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Support programme phases including procurement, vendor selection, and implementation oversight.
- Implement and enforce standard programme management tools, templates, and processes, driving continuous improvement in PMO practices.
