As IT Support Specialist you will: 

• Analyse incidents, be first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rate
• Do first and second-line on-site support
• Record & track incident, problem and request information
• Participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment
• Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge database
• Participate in testing and administration of applications
• Liaise with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks
