About the Role
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently. You’ll support a range of administrative tasks across data entry, purchasing, recruitment, onboarding and general office coordination.
If you’re organised, proactive, adaptable and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll fit right in! This role is perfect for someone who brings strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collating, filing, and archiving time sheets and load sheets
- Completing daily reporting and data entry for load data
- Creating weekly flight manifests for Charter Flights
- Assisting with payroll and roster reviews
- Supporting onboarding activities for new employees
- Handling phone and walk‑in enquiries
- Managing recurring orders (stationery, bulk fruit/food, amenities) for site Accommodation and the Geraldton Depot
- Booking servicing and recalibration of handheld breathalysers
- Providing administration support to Operations Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors and ad-hoc projects
