Job Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Run 1:1 and small‑group gym inductions
  • Coach safe, fundamental strength and movement patterns
  • Build simple, individualised programs tailored to job demands
  • Provide real‑time coaching support on the gym floor
  • Assist with injury prevention and return‑to‑work programs
  • Use fitness, strength and recovery data to guide programming

Who You Are

  • Enjoy coaching beginners and everyday workers
  • Comfortable spending most of the day coaching in the gym
  • Practical, patient and able to keep training simple
  • Ideally familiar with mining, logistics, FIFO or shift‑based environments
  • Purpose‑driven and keen to improve people’s long‑term health

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Exercise/Sports Science or Exercise Physiology
  • ASCA Level 1–2 (or equivalent)
  • Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to tailor programs
  • Supportive, calm communication and a genuine care for wellbeing
