Training & Compliance Coordinator

What you will be doing

Drive the training excellence that keeps Newhaul moving. In this role, you’ll take charge of our operational training and compliance across Road and Port logistics—making sure every team member is job‑ready, compliant, and equipped to perform safely and confidently.

As the Litmos super user, you’re the mastermind behind our training system: leading module delivery, maintaining flawless records, and keeping us audit‑ready 24/7.

What you will bring

• Experience in Training Coordination or Compliance Administration
• Litmos (or Similar LMS) System Experience
• Strong Compliance & Documentation Capability
• Exceptional Organisation & Task Management
• Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Understanding of WHS & Industry Training Requirements
