What You’ll Do
- Run 1:1 and small‑group gym inductions
- Coach safe, fundamental strength and movement patterns
- Build simple, individualised programs tailored to job demands
- Provide real‑time coaching support on the gym floor
- Assist with injury prevention and return‑to‑work programs
- Use fitness, strength and recovery data to guide programming
Who You Are
- Enjoy coaching beginners and everyday workers
- Comfortable spending most of the day coaching in the gym
- Practical, patient and able to keep training simple
- Ideally familiar with mining, logistics, FIFO or shift‑based environments
- Purpose‑driven and keen to improve people’s long‑term health
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Exercise/Sports Science or Exercise Physiology
- ASCA Level 1–2 (or equivalent)
- Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to tailor programs
- Supportive, calm communication and a genuine care for wellbeing
*Early‑career Sports Science, Exercise Physiology and S&C graduates are encouraged to apply.
