What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, identifying opportunities, assessing needs and getting conversations started.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Building your own pipeline through outbound calls
- Spotting sales opportunities and qualifying prospects
- Reaching out to senior executives and identifying their business needs
- Preparing and following a territory action plan
- Booking meetings for the wider sales team
Sales & Upselling
- Calling prospective and existing customers to present digital solutions
- Explaining the value of the products based on each customer’s pain points
- Running outbound campaigns from first pitch to pipeline qualification
- Managing objections and closing sales
- Upselling additional products to existing clients
- Sorting minor technical issues or routing them to the correct team
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish and very good English
- Experience in B2B outbound sales, business development or telesales
- A basic understanding of cloud computing or strong motivation to learn
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A track record of hitting or surpassing targets
- Strong time management and an organized, goal-oriented mindset
It’s a plus if you also have:
- Previous experience in IT sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Proven success generating leads or running outbound campaigns
- Understanding of the Nordic market
