Fixed Asset Accountant

As our Fixed Asset Accountant, you’ll manage the accounting of assets to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our asset register. 

To be successful in this role your key responsibilities will include: 

• Daily Fixed asset management including maintenance of asset classes and effective lives, depreciation, additions/acquisitions, stocktakes, disposals and transfers  
• Liaise with Project Accounting Team for handover of completed projects 
• Monthly reconciliation of work-in-progress 
• Prepare capitalisation workbooks for asset transfers from WIP 
• Monthly fixed asset movement schedule 
• Monthly review of expenses for misclassified transactions 
• Providing advice in relation to capitalisation assessments of spend
