Supplier Quality Analyst

TThe Supplier Quality Analyst supports the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring supplier compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This role focuses on quality documentation, process improvement, and audit readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold product and process quality.

EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Review and approve Incoming Inspection Reports in a daily basis. 
• Draft and update supplier´s documentation in the ASL 
• Support compliance with ISO 13485 y 21CFR 820 quality system regulations. 
• Support in analysis, review and implementation of new processes that contribute to the improvement of the QMS. 
• Support QMS, GxP, document, and change control activities under the leadership of other engineers. 
• Participate in preparation activities for the QMS audit. 

• May support other Supplier Quality Engineer levels

Requirements

• Quality technician degree or a degree in an engineering or life sciences field  
• Basic knowledge on Office 365 
• Knowledge on Incoming Inspection process, use of measurement tools, and blueprints reading. 
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and suppliers, materials specifications and how to read them. 
• B1 Level in English 
• Basic knowledge and application of statistical techniques (basic descriptive statistics) 
• Basic knowledge on document control
