We’re looking for a Senior-level People & Talent Business Partner to support our EMEA Technical Services organisation (Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services) and to serve as the People Site Leader for our Madrid office.
This is a strategic HR leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the Director and VP-level leaders to shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and support a high-performing, customer-facing technical population across EMEA.
As the senior People Leader in Madrid, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workplace culture, and leadership standards, partnering closely with our global People&Talent team to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner closely with Technical Services leaders, advising on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration processes.
- Anticipate future capability needs in a scaling technical environment.
- Support change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives when needed.
Talent & Performance Leadership
- Strengthen performance management practices to ensure clarity, accountability, and fairness.
- Coach leaders through feedback conversations, development planning, and complex people decisions.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent, partnering on retention and growth strategies.
- Translate engagement insights into actionable, meaningful plans.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Support and manage employee relations matters across Spain and other EMEA countries in a fair, practical, and consistent way.
- Work closely with Legal and the global People & Talent team when handling sensitive situations.
- Support leaders through terminations, organisational changes, and conflict relations, helping them make balanced, well-considered decisions.
Madrid Site Leadership
- Act as the senior People leader for the Madrid office.
- Help foster an inclusive, high-engagement, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure alignment between global People practices and local implementation.
- Be a visible, approachable presence in the office for both leaders and employees.
