The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.  The Digital Marketing Specialist will promote the company brand, highlight product offerings, and support talent acquisition efforts through compelling digital storytelling.  The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist is a creative self-starter who understands food and beverage marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and stays ahead of social media trends.  This position is 100% Onsite in Vernon, CA and not open for Remote or Hybrid.

 

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

 

- Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Create high-quality, engaging content (video, photography, graphics, and copywriting) that showcases our seafood products, processing capabilities, and company culture.

- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platform.

- Manage and grow our social media accounts, increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to promote new products, seasonal offerings, and company milestones.

- Support recruitment and employer branding efforts by creating compelling content that highlights career opportunities, employee stories, and workplace culture.

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, follower growth, conversions) and use data to optimize content strategy.

- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.

- Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and brand partners as needed.

- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools.
