Job Description

You'll be joining a fantastic international support team of 20 people based in Paris, Algiers, Mexico & Malaysia and working on multiple client accounts worldwide. What you will be doing:   
 

  • You will be in charge of setting up new customers’ accounts and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.  

  • Address and resolve potential issues spotted during the QA process and escalate to tech teams.  

  • Handling internal communication with different teams and external ones with the client through emails and meetings.  

  • Assist clients during the rollout process, explaining features and the documents that need to be provided and answering technical questions.   

  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams to escalate and resolve issues while keeping the internal teams involved updated.   

  • Fluent in French and English (any other language would be welcome).   

  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.   

  • Previous recent experience in a client-facing role, able and happy to go above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction.   

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.   

  • Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment.   

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.   

  • Customer-centric & business-oriented mindset   

  • Team spirit, autonomous, able to adapt and learn   

  • Good use of IT tools, including Excel
