Sales Teams: NIQ’s Sales team for Retail Vertical Department in CARICAM is focused on market penetration through bringing new retailers to our collaboration panel, and growing revenue, finding new business opportunities with current and new clients. Sales is NIQ’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success.

So where do you fit here?
You will mainly focus in recruitment since in Dominican Republic we have a great opportunity of strengthen our self service coverage as well as reporting new channels: Liquor Stores, Tech and Durables, Pharmacies. Also, with current and new retailers, you should develop new revenue opportunities, by maintaining close C Level customer relationships and deep understanding of our clients´s pains and priorities. Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in own scope, securing a sales pipeline,
In your role, you would:
- Recruit new retailers focusing in Liquor Stores, Self service, Tech and Durables and Pharmacies, by leading strategic conversations with C Levels, being confident on NIQ products, capabilities and strengths in Dominican Republic
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in own scope securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Develop solid and interconnected understanding and materials of customer's industry/business/market/clusters
- Hybrid role as Sales + Customer Success in order to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs
- Collect, analyze, act-on and escalade as appropriate Voice of Customer feedback
- Expand customer network to identify new budget holders
- Escalade product needs and trends
