Job Description
We are looking for a passionate associate to join the innovation team at NIQ as a Project Manager. We are looking for an associate who has an interest in pursuing a career in the market research industry, is interested in innovation and working in a fun and energetic team. The role as a Project Manager will support our accelerated business growth in the Europe Region and will be situated in our Bucharest office.

As a Project Manager, you will be supporting study and questionnaire set up and working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth and quality project execution from survey programming through the delivery of data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating projects and executing standard research studies.
- Accurately transferring client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming.
- Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents.
- Manage & update documents and materials across platforms
- Liaise with other client success team members, programming and vendors to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays
- Manage the sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform
- Adhere to strict timelines and proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate
REQUIREMENTS
