Senior Specialist, Data Production MM

This function reports to the Manager, Data Production, Media Measurement.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our daily media measurement production operations. This role offers exposure to data processing, operational support, and production systems within a global media measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production processes and reports according to operational schedules.
• Monitor production jobs and automated workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Investigate and assist in resolving production issues and data discrepancies.
• Support existing production processes and operational activities.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support daily operations and resolve issues.
• Provide remote software installation and user support for GfK reporting applications.
• Ensure production deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Provide rotational after-office hours and weekend support to maintain production service continuity and meet operational support requirements. Eligible employees will receive an after-office support allowance in accordance with company policy
