DA A2S / TTR Associate

Job Summary 

Due to the resignation of the previous data lead, we are recruiting a new dedicated member to take full ownership of cosmetics category data analysis, data monitoring, data sorting, and business data support. This role is responsible for driving data-based decision-making for the cosmetics business line and ensuring continuous, stable and standardized data operation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collect, organize, and clean monthly sales data, channel data, inventory data and market data for cosmetics products. 
• Conduct regular data statistics, trend analysis, monthly data market information, share to relevant teams. 
• Arrange twice-yearly UC data check, collect and organize relevant data, and ensure data accuracy. 
• Cooperate with sales, marketing and operation teams to support daily business inquiries and data demands. 
• Assist in category forecasting, product selection analysis and business optimization based on data results. 
• Continuously optimize data processing workflows and improve overall data efficiency.
