Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to drive the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions. In this role, you will design, train, and optimize advanced models, build robust data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our systems. As a senior member of the team, you will establish best practices, mentor junior engineers, and lead initiatives that enhance automation, model reliability, and overall performance to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Study, analyze, and transform business requirements into data science prototypes. 
• Design and implement machine learning systems using traditional ML algorithms (e.g., tree-based models, clustering), recommendation systems and transformer –based architectures. 
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), including local open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and API-based models. 
• Develop Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus). 
• Run machine learning tests and experiments. 
• Train and retrain algorithms when necessary. 
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks. 
• Keep abreast of developments in the field.
