We’re seeking a Account Executive who thrives on generating new business and driving rapid growth.
You’ll play a big role in driving new business for a fast-growing SaaS company, work with great people, and make a real impact as we modernize an industry that’s long overdue for innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities
- Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams
- Collaboration: Partner with SDRs, Marketing and pPoduct teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms
- A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.
