As the Head of Content Operations, you will spearhead a landmark project to digitise and productise Nine’s vast content archive. This isn’t just about storage; it’s about creating a lasting social and historical legacy for Australia. You will bridge the gap between legacy content and the future, leveraging AI-powered tools to transform historical assets into innovative digital products and new revenue streams.

Day to day you will:

• Define and execute the strategic operational lifecycle for Nine’s Digital Archive across broadcast and publishing.
• Act as the ultimate custodian for metadata governance, schema strategy, and end-to-end digital content rights.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools for automated logging and enrichment while maintaining "human-in-the-loop" quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure archival pipelines are technically robust and cost-efficient.
• Navigate complex legal frameworks to clear digitised content for commercial use and multi-platform distribution.
