ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Principal Site Lead is responsible for overseeing all operations at their facility. This role requires a versatile leader with expertise in sales, design, construction, business operations, security operations, customer experience, personnel management, and marketing. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the General Manager is a key member of the Operational Leadership Team and leads a team of professionals across Industrial Security, Information Technology, Hospitality, and Support Services. This individual drives the facility’s strategic success, ensuring security compliance, high morale, talented staffing, operational efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and direct all facets of the Nooks site, ensuring seamless integration across construction, security, and operations.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker and site representative, managing engagements with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and landlord.
  • Manage construction projects, collaborating with security personnel to implement and optimize construction security measures.
  • Develop strategic goals in collaboration with Nook's leadership and peer site leads.
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performing, accountable culture aligned with mission-critical objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, and DoDM 5205.07 Volume 2 security regulations, leading security audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
  • Take full ownership of P&L, working with the CFO to drive revenue growth and optimize costs.
  • Uses EVM/EVPM principles to budget, procure, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies and defense industry partners.
  • Represent Nooks at industry events and government meetings to advocate for CIaaS adoption and market expansion.
  • Manages the company relationships with local/relevant communities and conducts outreach as appropriate.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of emerging technology and processes.

THE SKILLSET:

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams in complex projects, preferably in classified national security environments.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with demonstrated success leading specialized teams.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis, including managing a P&L line of business.
  • A Master’s degree.
  • Established network within DoD and Intelligence Communities.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement.
  • Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Salary Range for all departments

Salary Range
$130,000$140,000 USD
