Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement leadership development strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs for all levels of leaders.
- Partner with business leaders to identify leadership skill gaps, succession planning needs, and high-potential talent development opportunities.
- Deploy a variety of learning methods and experiences, including workshops, coaching, mentoring and experiential learning for leadership growth.
- Collaborate with external providers, purchase external training courses, negotiate contracts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership initiatives using metrics, feedback, and data-driven insights.
- Support leaders in applying learning on the job, reinforcing behaviors that drive engagement, performance, and culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on best practices in leadership development and talent growth.
Core Requirements
- Experience in creating leadership development strategy, designing and delivering leadership programs for managers.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of modern learning methods, tools, and leadership frameworks.
- Ability to partner with leaders at all levels to understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring program impact.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3000-4500 EUR/Month.
