Main Responsibilities
- VAT and Sales Tax Reporting & Accounting
- Reconcile input and output VAT and sales tax in the accounting system
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and sales tax returns and payments in Lithuania and globally
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to maintain compliance
- Corporate Income Tax Compliance & Accounting
- Analyze business transactions and assist in calculating corporate income taxes for Group companies
- Support quarterly and annual tax reporting cycles
- Ensure accurate corporate income tax accounting in the accounting system
- Support for Tax-Related Activities
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Prepare responses to inquiries from tax authorities
- Contribute to both local and international tax initiatives
- Drive internal process improvements related to tax and accounting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate daily with internal teams to resolve tax-related matters
- Ensure alignment between finance, operations, and compliance functions
Core Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business / Law;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax consulting, or tax processing;
- Experience in both accounting and tax would be considered a strong advantage (however, if you are experienced in only one area, we offer learning opportunities);
- Excel and analytics skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2200-3700 EUR/Month.
