We are seeking a proactive AR Team Lead to own B2B financial operations and lead a team of ~5-6 AR Accountants. You will be the architect of B2B billing processes for new products and sales channels, drive automation projects and act as the key link between Finance, Sales, and Tech. While you are the functional expert for B2B, your team works with various AR streams. You will ensure high team performance across both B2B and non-B2B responsibilities, collaborating closely with other Finance Tech Leads.

We are seeking a proactive AR Team Lead to own B2B financial operations and lead a team of ~5-6 AR Accountants. Main Responsibilities

  • People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 AR Accountants (various seniority levels).
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, performance reviews, identify training needs.
  • Own hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Plan and assign workload, monitor productivity and ensure accounting goals delivery.
  • Coordinate with other Finance Tech Leads for non-B2B tasks handled by your team.
  • Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities (subledger reviews, reconciliations), support external audits.

  • B2B Ownership & Projects
  • Own all B2B AR/billing processes as Subject Matter Expert; design and maintain related process documentation.
  • Lead finance implementation for new B2B products, sales channels, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales and Tech as the go-to contact for B2B finance matters.
  • Drive process improvements, automation and standardization across the organization.
  • Resolve complex B2B situations and make key operational decisions.
  • Oversee the full AR cycle (B2B and non-B2B); ensure policy compliance and controls.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business management (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as AR Team Lead or similar, managing high-volume scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, b2b accounting processes, and best practices.
  • Experience implementing AR automation tools or systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision/BC or SAP (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • B2B billing experience in a complex, multi-product environment.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3500 - 5300 EUR/Month.
