Night Auditor

Join our team as a Night Auditor at one of Downtown Savannah’s most dynamic hospitality destinations—Homewood Suites—where no two nights are ever the same! This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with guests, takes pride in accuracy and accountability, and excels during overnight operations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and prepare reports
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and care
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and cleanliness throughout the night
• Set the stage for a successful morning shift with smooth handoffs and accurate reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, confident, and guest‑focused
• Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, even during busy shifts
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing overnight responsibilities
