About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take full ownership of our most critical and high-impact retail and operator partners in Thailand.
This role goes beyond account management — you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, leading commercial discussions, and ensuring strong execution across both sell-in and sell-out.
You will act as the key driver of business performance for your accounts, not just a relationship manager.
What You'll Do
- Execute transformational joint business plans to outperform the competition.
- Own and drive the full business performance of your accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory health.
- Own sales forecasting and demand planning across all products to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive in-store execution, promotions, and partner activities to consistently exceed sell-out targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, promotions, and marketing investments.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Evolve go-to-market models to stay ahead of rapid market shifts.
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with key retail and operator partners, while driving strong commercial outcomes.
- Analyse shopper trends to keep our channel strategies sharp and relevant.
- Act as the main escalation point for partner-related issues and resolve them effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the smartphone retail business, consumer electronics or telco industry.
- Strong experience managing major retail partners (especially Com7) is highly preferred.
- Experience working with telecom operators (e.g., AIS, True) is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and closing commercial deals in complex partner environments with a focus on hitting aggressive sales targets.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance strategy and day-to-day operations.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders across functions.
- A data-driven mindset that prioritises facts over guesswork to drive excellence.
- A natural owner with a strong bias-to-action and a drive for results.
- Pragmatic approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills to secure buy-in across the business.
- Fluent in both Thai and English with the ability to navigate a global organization.
