About the Role:

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our international team and take a key role in designing and managing risk strategies for a new digital financial product in the Mexican market. In this position, you will work closely with product, analytics, and credit teams to develop data-driven risk approaches, ensure sustainable portfolio growth, and directly influence business outcomes. If you are passionate about using data to solve complex problems and have hands-on experience in retail banking or fintech, this role will offer you a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage credit cards origination strategy

• Define and optimize cutoff strategies

• Manage credit limits and related risk parameters

• Monitor and forecast portfolio risk metrics (risk costs, vintage NPL, etc.)

• Support data-driven decision making by transforming financial results into measurable risk metrics
