At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students and 4,000 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.
We are looking for a creative producer with a strong instinct for virality and storytelling, capable of building bold, emotionally engaging video content that parents actively choose to watch.
Your mission is to own the creative development of Novakid’s branded entertainment project, from short-form viral testing to long-form YouTube formats, and turn them into content franchises parents talk about, share, and follow out of genuine interest.
Being the creative engine driving short- and long-form video concepts, storytelling hooks, and trend-savvy campaigns. Close collaboration with production and social media teams, but you’ll be the project owner to ensure content is made to spread.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Ownership
Lead ideation and creative strategy for short- and long-form video concepts for brand awareness initiatives
Translate big ideas into clear creative formats, story arcs, and episodic concepts
Define hooks, emotional beats, pacing, and cliffhangers for each concept
Viral Testing & Iteration
Design and oversee 15–20s “trailer-style” content to test concepts on TikTok, IG Reels and YouTube Shorts
Analyze early performance signals (retention, comments, likes, shares) to decide what scales and what dies
Iterate fast based on audience reaction and insight, via creative methods
Production Leadership
Crystal clear creative briefing and ownership of the concept vision for on-site production
Work closely with internal and external production teams (directors, editors, motion designers)
Ensure the final output matches the intended emotional impact and viral potential
Cultural & Audience Insight
Ensure concepts resonate with parents culturally and emotionally, with a focus on the TR market
Anticipate cross-cultural interpretation, humor, and sensitivity
Keep Novakid relevant to real parent conversations, not marketing narratives
