Senior Marketing Manager - Go To Market (Remote)

Novakid is a #1 online language learning brand for kids in Europe with over 1M students to date. We are now seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth across our product portfolio (1-1 tutoring, groups, AI tutor, etc) in 50+ countries. You are a versatile and all-rounded marketer who is as comfortable analyzing data and setting strategy as you are launching a campaign or optimizing a funnel. If you thrive on connecting the dots across the entire marketing mix to deliver measurable business results, this is your role.

What You Will Do…

• Own the marketing funnel in one region: manage and optimize the entire customer journey, from awareness to first purchase. Deliverables include ads creatives, landing pages, social media, influencer scripts, etc. Your first region will be LATAM. 

• Lead сross-functional execution in the region, orchestrating the efforts of specialized teams from Marketing to Product and Sales. We expect that you have the capability to influence other teams using a data-driven, evidence-based approach. 

• Define and optimize marketing channels utilizing a mix of PPC, Influencer, SEO, SMM and PR. 

• Overcome operational hurdles, e.g. infrastructure or customer journey challenges. 

• Measure, report and optimize, taking full ownership of project or region launch, tracking key metrics against goals.

• Ability to deliver MVP by building quick prototypes (via Lovable e.g) is a great advantage. You should be comfortable conducting fake door tests.
