Novashop Manager (E-Commerce) / Remote

Novakid is a fast-growing online English school for children aged 4-12. Our mission is to create the world's best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students from more than 40 countries and 5,000 certified teachers, we are dedicated to transforming online learning experiences.

We are now looking for a Manager to take care of a very important part of our lives - Novashop.

The role: 

Manage our “internal Amazon” for 100,000 customers, 5,000+ teachers, and 500+ Novakiders in more than 30 countries. Responsible for the selection of the range, the domestic currency (Stars) and the global delivery network.

Business (E-commerce) 

Assortment Management: Select and create high-quality merch that Novakiders and customers will actually want to wear and use.

Optimize storefront: Treat the internal store as a complete retail project - make it easy to find, choose and buy.

1. Working with suppliers: Find the best manufacturers to get premium quality at an optimal price.

2. Money (domestic economy) Manage Stars: Control domestic currency sales. Make it so that it is interesting to earn and fun to spend.Gamification: Run programs/challenges to maintain team and customer excitement and engagement.

3. Delivery (Global Logistics) Worldwide Delivery: Arrange to ship merch  to employees in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and beyond.Solving customs issues: Deal with local shipping rules so that the packages do not get stuck, they are delivered quickly and hassle-free. Efficiency control: Monitor delivery speed and costs so that processes work like hours.
